Site Mammoth offers website design, development, and digital marketing services to individuals and businesses. Our services include but are not limited to website creation, redesign, SEO optimization, and content creation.

  1. Ownership and Rights

Upon completion and full payment of services, all rights to the website, including text, images, and any web links, are transferred to you, the client. Site Mammoth does not retain any ownership rights over the completed work.

  1. Security and Compliance

We adhere to industry-standard security measures to safeguard your website against potential threats. This includes implementing a firewall for added protection and integrating SSL encryption for secure connections.

Additionally, we ensure compliance with relevant accessibility standards such as the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and the European Accessibility Act. Your website will meet WCAG guidelines to ensure accessibility for all users.

  1. Changes and Revisions

We respect your ownership of the website and will not make any changes to a live website without your (client’s) prior consent. Any revisions or updates to the website will be discussed and approved by you (client) before implementation.

  1. Payment

Payment for services rendered by Site Mammoth is required upfront before the commencement of the project. Please note that digital services provided by Site Mammoth are not taxable under Wyoming State Law as per the guidelines available at the Wyoming Department of Revenue website.

  1. Confidentiality

Site Mammoth respects the confidentiality of your information. We will not disclose any sensitive information shared with us during the course of the project to third parties without your consent.

  1. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement for services provided by Site Mammoth upon written notice if the other party breaches any material term of the agreement and fails to remedy such breach within a reasonable period.
