Refund Policy

At Site Mammoth, we are dedicated to delivering high-quality services across a range of digital solutions, including website design and development, app development, SEO, social media marketing, and digital marketing. This policy is intended to provide transparency on refunds, cancellations, and project adjustments to ensure fair and clear terms for both parties.
1. Initial Payments and Deposits
- All projects require an upfront payment before work begins. This deposit secures the timeline, resources, and development for each project.
- Deposits are non-refundable once work has started, as they cover essential planning, research, and initial setup stages.
2. Milestone-Based Payments (for App and Website Development)
- App and website development projects are often divided into milestones, such as planning, design, prototyping, development, and testing.
- Payment is due before each milestone begins. Refunds are generally not available for completed milestones, as each represents substantial work and progress on the project.
3. Refund Eligibility
- Before Project Commencement: If a client requests cancellation before any work has started, a full refund of the deposit may be issued.
- During Development: For app and website projects, refunds are provided on a pro-rata basis according to the progress at the time of cancellation. Completed milestones are non-refundable.
- Completed Projects: Once a project (app, website, SEO, or marketing campaign) has been fully completed and delivered, no refunds will be provided, as the service has been rendered in full.
4. Refunds on Ongoing SEO, SMM, and Digital Marketing Services
- For monthly or recurring services like SEO, social media management (SMM), and digital marketing, refunds are not available for work already performed. However, clients may cancel future services at any time with written notice.
- Cancellations will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle, and no further charges will be incurred.
5. Cancellations
- Project-Based Services (App & Website): Clients may cancel their project at any stage by providing written notice. Any refunds will be calculated based on work completed up to the point of cancellation.
- Monthly or Recurring Services: For monthly services, clients must provide a 30-day notice to cancel. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
6. Dissatisfaction with Services
- We prioritize client satisfaction and will work with clients to address concerns through adjustments or modifications to the project scope, where feasible, to meet expectations.
- Refunds will not be issued if the project scope changes or if modifications outside the original agreement are requested after work has begun.
7. Scope Changes
- If a client requests changes or additions to the project scope after work has started, additional charges will apply. Scope changes may impact the timeline and cost but will not qualify for a refund on previously agreed-upon work.
8. Technical Limitations
- Site Mammoth is not responsible for project limitations due to third-party restrictions, platform limitations, or unforeseen technical issues outside our control. Refunds are not provided if limitations prevent certain functionalities due to external factors.
9. Client Delays
- If project delays result from the client’s inaction, lack of communication, or delays in providing necessary feedback or resources, refunds will not be issued for the resulting impact on project timelines.
10. Chargebacks
- In the event of a chargeback by the client’s payment provider, Site Mammoth reserves the right to discontinue all services and take further action as needed. We encourage clients to resolve disputes directly with Site Mammoth before initiating a chargeback.
