Refund Policy

Site Mammoth offers a straightforward refund policy to its customers under certain conditions. If you wish to cancel your order before the project has started, you will receive a 100% refund, minus transaction charges. If the project is already in progress, the balance of your payment will be refunded. No refunds will be granted for projects completed over 90 days ago. If you have concerns about a full refund, you may send a request to Site Mammoth for review.

Site Mammoth offers a 100% money-back guarantee for SEO projects under certain conditions. If your website does not rank within 60 days of completing the assigned deliverables, Site Mammoth will reimburse the entire payment amount, including transaction charges. To initiate the money-back guarantee process, you must contact Site Mammoth within 60 days of project completion. Requests received after 60 days will not be considered.

Recurring Payment Policy

All Internet Marketing Services offered by Site Mammoth, including SEO, PPC, Social Media Marketing, Content Marketing, Reputation and Brand Management, and other digital marketing services, will be charged on a recurring monthly or prepaid basis unless otherwise stated in writing. Some web design and development projects may also be subject to recurring payments, depending on the length and complexity of the project.

Client Feedback and Approval

Client feedback and approval is necessary for all projects, unless auto-approval is provided in writing. If no feedback is received within 30 days or by the project completion date, whichever comes first, Site Mammoth reserves the right to keep the cost of the project as resources have already been allocated. A partial refund may be possible with mutual agreement, but a full refund will not be granted.

Site Mammoth reserves the right to refuse service to anyone at its discretion.

Client Websites

Site Mammoth is not responsible or liable for any damages to clients, their websites, or any other entity. Clients who are unsatisfied with the service may request a refund and discontinue using the site. Site Mammoth is not responsible for any accidental loss of client data or penalties incurred by the client’s website from search engines. Site Mammoth only employs white-hat SEO strategies in accordance with Google Guidelines and will only make changes to the client’s website after informing and seeking approval from the client.

Changes to Client Website (General)

Clients are advised to regularly backup their website to prevent data loss. Site Mammoth is not liable for any loss of data or website issues. Clients should inform Site Mammoth before making any changes to their website.

Changes To Website META Tags

At Site Mammoth, we understand that making changes to a website’s META tags, content, design or theme can have an impact on search engine rankings and traffic. That’s why we strongly advise and recommend that clients inform us before making any changes to their website. Site Mammoth is not responsible for any loss in rankings or traffic as a result of any changes made to META tags, content, design, or theme by any party.

Search Engine Penalty Responsibility

Site Mammoth follows only white-hat SEO practices in accordance with Google Guidelines and always seeks client approval before making changes to their website. If a client’s website is penalized by search engines for any reason, Site Mammoth cannot be held liable or accountable.

Web Development Liability

Site Mammoth will only carry out development work at the client’s request. We are not responsible for any damage to the website, loss or theft of data, or any other online and offline property. We recommend that clients provide us with user-level access instead of administrative access and change login details after we have completed the assigned task. Additionally, we highly recommend that clients keep a backup of their website on a secure server. In case the website is accidentally erased or disappears from the Google Index, Site Mammoth cannot be held liable or accountable.

SEO Work Responsibility

Site Mammoth is not responsible if search engines start discounting links from their index for any reason or if there is a loss in rankings or traffic due to search engine updates or strategy changes from either end. Delays or performance issues arising from client hosting, ISP provider, client delays, or circumstances beyond our control are not the responsibility of Site Mammoth. By using the website, the client waives any claims against Site Mammoth for any loss, theft, malfunction or disruption to the website or any attached or associated properties.

Image Usage Policy

Site Mammoth uses only legally usable streaming images for client projects, unless the client is willing to pay for exclusive rights to a particular picture. We never use images that are protected by copyright or without authorization.
